Motivating Moments



Everybody must have an ambition in life. You must have a dream. You must have goals in your life. If you have no dreams, no goals, no ambition in life, then life is meaningless. You are not making full use of your life. If you do not have any dreams or goals in your life, start thinking now. When you have goals or dreams in your life, you are living life purposefully and you are experiencing life's ups and downs through the journey of achieving your goals and dreams.

It's through the many trials and errors, through many failures in your life, when you fall down and you get up again, you understand the yourself more. You learn from your mistakes in life. You experience sadness and grief, and then you gain happiness and joy later. It's never always a level plateau. Everything happens for a reason. Aim towards your goals in life, walk with determination and focus properly, don't allow distraction to slow you down to your destination. When you tripped, stand up and don't give up. Rest if you want, after that, continue your journey again. Life is a journey. You never seem to reach your final destination. You probably have many destination to go in life. Go to each destination one at a time. Then you won't be so stress. Take every step one at a time. Remember, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.





Everybody should live life according to your own beliefs and principles. We must not always follow what people do. Leading is better than following. We must take control of our life. Knowing what is right and wrong, obeying the rules, obeying the ten commandments, do not commit moral sins, walking in the right path and thinking the right thoughts and thinking positively, will make us a better person. Do not think only of yourself. Think of ways to make the people around you happy. Think of ways on how you can help the people around you. When you help people, you feel happy as well.

Do not always expect people to give you happiness. Happiness is from within you. Nobody can give it to you. It's all in your mind. What you want and what you expect determine your happiness. When you are contented with what you have, when you never expect more and more, you are satisfied with what you have, you will know what is happiness when you know how to 'give' and 'take' in life.




Same place, same time, but different feelings exist when you are alone or when you are with someone else. Have you experience different kinds of feelings when you go to different places with someone you love as compared visiting the places alone or with someone you have 'no feeling'? When we are with someone we love, time spent is fast. Every moment is happy with the person. All the things around you seem nicer. All the food you eat seems to taste more delicious with the person around. The places visited with your beloved or best friends, leave happy memories, that is the happy moments you have in your life.

But when we are with a person whom we do not love or have no special feeling, time might be passing very slowly, at the end of the day, you hardly remember or want to remember this moment in your life (but you can still remember of course)!

Your best friends or your lovers will live you someday. But the happy memories will always last. The happy memories are your motivation in life. The happy moments are moments that inspire you to move on in life.



Energy is never destroyed. Energy is transferred from a place to another. This is what I have studied about energy when I was in secondary school. When you are happy, people around you can feel it. When you are sad, people can feel it also. There is a special kind of energy field around us called aura. People can feel your aura.

As mentioned earlier, happiness is a state of our mind. We can choose to occupy our brains with what kind of substances. If we choose to occupy our brain with negative foods like negative thoughts, obsession with unhappy events, revengeful thoughts, miserable thoughts, then there will be no room to occupy our brain with positive foods like positive thoughts and happy things in your life. Our brain is very important. Our body coordination, our nervous system, our ability to feel and respond, our ability to think all come from the brain.

Just like an apple which appear fresh, red and nice, might harbour worms inside. Negative thoughts are just like worms that can erode our minds. If we choose to harbour our brain with more negative thoughts, soon our brains will be filled with more bad 'worms'. And it slowly destroy your mental health, which in turns affects your physical health in time. This will soon turns you to a 'rotten apple'.

But if you choose to put healthy and nutritious food -- positive thoughts into your brain, then your brain is properly looked after. By choosing not to allow negative thoughts to come to your brain, you are declining the entry of bad 'worms' from entering your brain. One worm breeds into more worms. When one worm enters your brain, it is easy to exterminate it, fast and easy. If more worms are allowed to breeds and propagate in your brain, the time needed to exterminate it, and the time taken to heal yourself (from the harm the worms bring to you -- mental illness and physical health) will be much longer and harder to achieve.

So why choose to destroy yourself? Read good books, engage in good hobbies, think only of good thoughts that make you happy. Give and take. Forgive and forget. Sows the seeds of love around you, and you will reap the fruits of love in time to come. Some seeds remains dormant, some seeds die, but some seeds will grow and give you the results you want. Never give up sowing your seeds.
